I have a basket of books about Thanksgiving hanging around the living room during November. We didn't read them as much as I had hoped, but we did read them a bit. Hopefully we'll do more of that next year!
Benjamin was really anxious to get out the Little People Nativity set. I didn't mind getting it out early…soon the kiddos will think they're too big to play with that one, and I'll be really sad. I still give Jonathan the job of setting up the breakable Nativity scenes. He makes sure all the people are looking at Jesus instead of standing as if they're on stage. And I love it that way.
