Just the Way He Is

Jonathan was given a box of 64 Crayola crayons a couple of years ago, but since it's taken him awhile to get into the groove of writing and drawing, he just hasn't been ready for them. The other day, he saw his aunt Amanda's box of 64 crayons, and he got really excited to get out his own box of skinny, big-kid crayons for the first time.
Of course, I thought he'd want to jump in to a writing or drawing project, but he needed to rearrange the crayons first. He wanted them to be in rows of like colors. Here's his idea of visual order for crayons.
And, lest you think that he leaves a trail of cleanliness and order wherever he goes, let me show you how his Legos looked after the fun morning with Isaac.

Order must only be important for crayons. Normal 5-year-old chaos still reigns most other places!
